WHAT TO EXPECT Day 1: Lecture with 2 Live Demos -Observe live model demos focusing on building strength in your curl shapes and lean to move between more feminine and masculine shapes. -Consultation Code - Dive deep into the consultation process, learn to analyze the curl from a technical POV and leave the “curl chart” behind! -The Style Code - Master product selections and build the ideal “wash day” for your client. Day 2: Hands-On & Coaching -Limited to 8 Participants -Problem solving behind the chair -Wash & Set Practice -Haircut Mapping -Haircut Refinement -Mentoring to address timing and pricing
