Aryn Detres, Founder of The Left Brain Group has over 20+ years experience in the beauty industry consulting for brands like Bumble and bumble, Hairstory and Reverie. Aryn’s instinctual ability to anticipate shifts and trends has allowed her to forge a path of her own; creating a new and sustainable business model supporting independent hairdressers. Her entrepreneurial spirit, desire to be exceptionally unique, reverence of artistry and valued relationships, allows Aryn to push the boundaries of innovation and leadership within the industry. She continues to expand the breadth of her own creativity by producing one-of-a-kind events such as Bayou St. Blonde, Hairnomicon, Texture vs Race Summit and groundbreaking media including ‘The Content Contest,” a reality competition show on Instagram. In 2023, Aryn launched her first virtual Master Class, Ready to Educate? Where she shared her special sauce and roadmap to those hairdressers ready to break into and through the world of indie education.
